Sheer Shades

What is a Sheer Shade: A sheer shade consists of two layers of sheer fabric with a semi-opaque fabric vane in between. The vane can be rotated to control both light and privacy, functioning similarly to an updated wood blind but made entirely of fabric. The two layers of sheer fabric provide some privacy during the day when the shade is lowered, while still allowing a view outside.

If you are looking for an even clearer view, Silhouette ClearView shades use a layer of black sheer on the window side instead of the standard white sheer, which enhances the view outside.

Helpful Hint:
To clean any dust that may accumulate in the pockets between the layers of fabric, you can use a hair dryer on the cool/no-heat setting or compressed air. Simply pull the shade out from the bottom and blow the dust through from the end.
