Shades

What is a Roller Shade?  We all remember the spring-loaded roller shades of the past.  And yes, you can still get them; however, most roller shades are now controlled with a beaded chain, cordless lift system or motorized.

A shade is simply a layer of fabric rolled around a center core.  However, that fabric can be dimensional to create the look of a Roman shade (Sonnette) or have the texture to mimic grass cloth (Designer Roller Shades) or even have a printed geometric pattern on the fabric.  Roller shades offer a wide variety of options and fit in with nearly any aesthetic style from traditional to contemporary.
